1 / Cancellations
To book your appointment, we kindly ask that all guests keep a valid credit or debit card on file. Life happens, we get it—but to keep things fair for our stylists and other guests, here’s the deal:
Need to cancel? Give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No call / No show? That’s a full 100% charge—ouch.
This policy helps us keep the flow running smoothly, ensuring every guest gets the time and care they deserve.
2 / IBE Deposit
A $500 non refundable deposit is required to book your IBE® service—think of it as your first step toward effortless, head-turning hair. This deposit goes toward your total service cost, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Your deposit is transferable for up to 6 months from the date it was received.
Need to reschedule? No problem—just give us 48 hours' notice to keep your deposit intact.
Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
3 / Redos
Our number one goal? For you to be obsessed with your hair. If something feels off, let us know within 3 days of your appointment—we’re happy to make any complimentary adjustments within 10 days of your original service.
Because our work is a blend of artistry and expertise, we do not offer refunds, but we’re always here to fine tune and perfect your look.
4 / No Children
We’ve designed our salon to be a place of relaxation—a little escape just for you. To keep the zen, we kindly ask that you arrive solo and leave the little ones at home.
Salons can be a busy (and sometimes dangerous) place for children, and we want to ensure we can give you our full attention. If childcare is an issue, just reach out—we’re happy to help reschedule so you can fully enjoy your time with us.
